Review Revlon ColorStay Concealer

Revlon ColorStay Concealer in Fair

Revlon ColorStay Concealer in “Fair”

Revlon’s ColorStay Concealer is meant to “conceal blemishes and dark circles” and provide “full yet undetectable coverage”. I purchased this to use for concealing blemishes. I was disappointed with it, especially since the Revlon ColorStay foundation is actually really long-wearing. The concealer is not.

It has quite a thin consistency for a concealer (its similar to the foundation), so I found it a bit difficult to apply over blemishes to achieve “full coverage”. It tended to look cakey, not “undetectable”. It didn’t stay put all day. Worst of all, I think it actually aggravated any blemish that I tried to conceal!

At $11.99 CAD, I think this concealer is a pass. I didn’t use it as an under-eye concealer, so I’m not sure if you would have better luck with it used in a different way.

Thanks for stopping by ❤
