While in my local Lawton’s Drugs, I saw a display of a new line from Physicians Formula. Their “Nude Wear” line includes finishing powder, bronzer, blush, and a “Touch Of Glow” concealer/highlighter/touch-up tool.
I picked up the blush in “Natural”. The blush did initially have the slightly raised words “Nude Wear” covered in a light, sparkly over-spray, but that was swept off the very first time I applied the product.
I was drawn to this blush for a similar reason I was attracted to the Physicians Formula Sexy Glow blush; the super cute and super pink packaging. Luckily I am much happier with the Nude Wear blush! It is fragrance free like I’ve come to expect from their products. With the exception of the Sexy Glow, I normally really like Physicians Formula blushes.
The Nude Wear in Natural is a reasonably pigmented, flattering, peachy-pink shade that is perfect for fair skin. As I’ve mentioned before, too much pigment can be difficult to work with when your very pale. It has a mostly matte finish with that little bit of sheen (but not sparkle). I have found it very long wearing so far.
The Physicians Formula Nude Wear Glowing Nude Blush retails for $14.99 CAD. Check out my Makeup Shopping Guide for Canadians for where to buy Physicians Formula in Canada.
